Return & Refund Policy

At Blondita Studio, every piece is carefully made with love and attention. Because our items are handmade and often customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order cancellations:

• You may request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase, as long as your order has not been shipped.
• Once an item has been shipped or work has started on a custom piece, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or lost packages:

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• While we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
